Vol.3.No.3. November 1962 |
X COUNTRY AT COSFORD. |
Whilst most of the Regiment were enjoying themselves in Manchester, Blackpool or Birmingham at half-term, members of the Regimental X country team took part in a run against the boys of R.A.F. Cosford, at Cosford. |
The team Captain J/Sgt Skinner, who came 5th, said that if the Regiment had been able to field a full team the result would have been different, for the Regiment lost by 21 pts. The team it seems, although they missed their half term trips, they enjoyed their day at R.L.F. Cosford and returned to Tonfanau in a good frame of mind if not the victors. |
Better luck next time |
