| Some good fierce Rugby characterised the Rugby Sevens and Springbok tactics were much in evidence, notably from Ypres. A series of close decisions, which included a long struggle between Ypres and Gallipoli, led to an excellent final, with Cambrai, conceding no points until the final, merited winners.
