| METALWORK HOBBY NOTES. |
| The hobby started this term with the large number of two participants and has now grown in membership to a total of five. These five have, however, produced a nice variety of objects from pokers to toasting forks. At the moment they are engaged in making a pair of chandeliers, a pair of wrought iron standard lamps, and an electrically-heated snuffle-furnace. |
| When we have our centre lathe and power saw connected to the electric supply, we will be able to take on bigger jobs, and our rate of work will be speeded considerably. |
